Job Title: Business Operations Support Specialist
">Job Description:
Take your administrative skills to the next level by joining our dynamic Investment Services team. Based in the CBD office, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to utilize and further enhance your strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production & coordination of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets, and financial reports in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate.
- Update company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.
Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team-based initiatives. You will be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, are essential. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities is also required.
