About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events and Marketing Associate to join our team at Keegan Adams. As a key member of our marketing and events function, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality events that showcase our investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our manager to coordinate and manage events, bringing creative ideas and a passion for investments to the table.
  • End-to-end events planning, delivery, and feedback to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse industry trends and market insights to stay ahead of the competition and understand the market climate.
  • Prepare engaging written and graphic materials, conduct vendor and site research, and keep track of event participant engagement.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing and events-focused role within financial services, ideally investments.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proven track record in planning and executing memorable events that drive results.
  • Digitally savvy to support on digital events and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
