Event Planning and Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Events and Marketing Associate to join our team at Keegan Adams. As an Events and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, including investor roadshows, webinars, conferences, and roundtables. You will work closely with the manager to brainstorm ideas and add a creative flair to events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end events planning, delivery, and feedback
  • Analyzing industry trends and market insights to understand the market climate and competitor activities
  • Preparing written and graphic materials, conducting vendor and site research
  • Keeping track of event participant/invitee/stakeholder engagement and contributing to the development of reports for senior management

About You:

  • 3 years of experience in a Marketing & Events focused role from within Financial Services, ideally Investments
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • A proven track record in planning and executing memorable events
  • Digitally savvy to support on digital events
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
