Job Title: Clinical Campus Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UNSW Australia team as a Clinical Campus Manager. As a key member of the School of Clinical Medicine, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of St Vincent's Clinical Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegated financial management, human resources, physical resources, student support services, and work health and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager and other Clinical Campus Managers to develop and implement systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant culture aligned with the goals of Health25.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising a team and creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Operational management skills, including planning and priority setting.
  • Numeracy skills and ability to understand and communicate financial information.
  • Strong consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business improvement activities or leading change processes.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
