As a trainer at genU, you have the unique opportunity to empower the next generation with your knowledge and skills. Our training programs are designed to equip learners with valuable, job-ready qualifications and vocational short courses.

As a member of our training team, you will conduct initial reviews, assess learner competencies, and deliver dynamic, professional training sessions. Your exceptional communication skills, particularly in oral and written formats, will enable you to provide an engaging and meaningful learning experience for our clients.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, is meticulously organized, and has the capacity to operate autonomously. You will also be required to:

  • Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • Have vocational competence in one or more of the following courses: Cert IV Mental Health, Cert IV Community Services, Cert IV Disability, Cert III Individual Support
  • Experience in developing and delivering training material, learning material, and assessments
  • Be willing to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
