About the Role

We are seeking individuals to join our community team as Support Workers, with part-time positions available in metropolitan Melbourne.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. You will also support clients with personal care, mobility assistance, and prompting with medication.

Your role will involve supporting clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks. You will promote customer choice, positive routines, and activities that are meaningful to the client.

We have clients living at home in Pakenham/Narre Warren/Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs. We will roster employees based on geographic location to minimize travel.
