We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team across Melbourne.About IHAIHA is 100% Australian owned and managed, supporting team members and clients across Melbourne.
We deliver services for people through the NDIS (disability support) and My Aged Care.
We work across Metro Melbourne, Greater Geelong, and the Mornington Peninsula.
Our extensive network enables shift variety and volume.
We pride ourselves on the support we give to all our team members in every role.
Know that you will be fully supported by an expert team of qualified health professionals who understand the challenges and requirements of your role.Our streamlined application process allows you to apply and begin shifts quickly.About the RoleAs a PCA in the IHA team, you will deliver exceptional care and professionalism backed by an experienced team.
You'll have the opportunity to work in Community Care settings close to home across Melbourne.
We'll support you every step of the way and always consider your preferences to ensure a positive experience as an IHA team member.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care including showering, grooming, and toiletingAssist with mobility, meals, and general daily activitiesSupport clients with dignity, respect, and empathyAccurately document and report on client careWork collaboratively with admin staff and coworkersWhat we offerFlexible work arrangements to suit you; occasional shifts or consistent weekly hoursBook shifts via our easy-to-use TACVE appAbove award rates, paid fortnightly & 24/7 supportFree uniform & professional indemnity insuranceWhat you will bring to the roleCert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual SupportPolice Check (valid within the last 12 months)Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
