The role of Coordinator is a leadership position within our organization, responsible for the day-to-day running of programs and services.

About The ProgramOur Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service operates across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland, caring for children before school, after school, and during holidays.
We are committed to empowering all children and young people to feel safe and be safe.
Program Objectives- Develop and implement quality programs that support children's learning and well-being.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the programs, ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.
- Coordinate staffing and rostering to meet the needs of the service.
- Undertake administrative requirements, including record-keeping and reporting.
- A competitive pay rate and leave loading.
