Project Coordination Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organisational programs and projects, providing support services as needed.
  • Evaluate and advise on program improvements and project variations, ensuring they meet organisational goals.
  • Analyse data related to projects, reporting on outcomes and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Manage all documentation associated with projects and oversee work by employees and contractors involved in these projects.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders and owners to ensure organisational objectives are met.
  • Advise management on urgent matters and implement decisions, providing timely reports on organisational activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Possession of a Diploma of Project Management is highly regarded.
  • Essential Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills, Strong time management and organisational abilities, Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues appropriately, Knowledge of compliance requirements and NDIS Practice Standards, Proficiency with technology systems (CRMs, rostering tools, MS Office/Google Suite).
