Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of service delivery in our residence, amidst significant change in the aged care sector.

This role involves maintaining the interior and exterior of our building to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of residents and advising on replacement or repairs as required.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of all legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs, including OH&S and Fire/Evacuation.

Requirements
  • Experience in building maintenance
  • Knowledge of Aged Care industry is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipment

Essential Requirements
  • Trade Qualification e.g. B Grade Electrician & OHS Qualification is advantageous
  • A current WA driver's licence
