About Our Facilities Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to lead our team of facilities staff and subcontractors. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and maintenance of client facilities, ensuring high-quality service and a safe work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the facilities team, including maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in top condition and meet compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive recommendations and solutions.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship due to security requirements.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and commitment to safety best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide your team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Services, or similar (highly regarded).
