Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled facilities management professional to deliver exceptional services to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining systems, delegating work orders, responding to reported issues and overseeing the supervision of maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining facilities management systems
  • Delegating work orders and supervising maintenance staff
  • Responding to reported issues and resolving problems efficiently

Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a property, building or corporate real estate environment
  • Technical trade background is not essential but highly regarded
  • Current Driver's License and own vehicle is a must
