About The Role

This opportunity seeks an experienced Lead Structural Design Engineer to join our Hobart office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading various projects, providing structural engineering expertise, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Ideal 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including senior-level project design and commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop own team and client base
