Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the structural team, you will contribute to major infrastructure projects, industrial, and commercial developments while providing technical guidance across different structural materials.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in structural design, with deep experience in structural engineering design and Chartered Professional Engineer status with Engineers Australia or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or higher is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a technical focal point and providing guidance for the structural team.
  • Applying engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering challenges.
  • Liaising with clients, design technicians, and team members to deliver practical solutions.
  • Managing clients, preparing fee proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
