We are seeking a skilled Associate Engineer with significant experience in structural engineering design and strong communication skills to work on various projects in a client-facing capacity.

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
  • Candidates must be chartered members (CPEng) of the Institute of Engineers Australia and registered Professional Engineers of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in structural engineering is ideal.
  • A strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards is essential.
  • The successful candidate will provide senior-level project design and commercial outcomes for projects.
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects, and communicating with clients is desirable.
  • An innovative approach to solutions and designs is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Candidates should have a desire to develop their own team and client base.
  • Prior experience working with a structures team is beneficial.
