Job Title: Support Worker

The ideal candidate will have experience in disability support, early childhood care, or a related field, with strong understanding of personal care needs for young children, particularly those with complex medical requirements. They will be compassionate, patient, and nurturing, with excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the family and team.

Required Skills:

Disability Support: Experience working with individuals with disabilities is essential. Knowledge of personal care techniques and strategies for promoting independence is required.

Early Childhood Care: Previous experience caring for young children, especially those with complex medical needs, is beneficial. The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities is crucial.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with clients and their families. Ability to listen actively and respond compassionately is vital.
