Support Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support clients with disability.

  • Develop and maintain independence in daily life, while advocating for clients' needs and promoting empowerment through compassionate care.

  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with meal times, personal care, medication administration, manual handling using equipment and aids, and transportation in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

  • Monitor clients' well-being and report on their progress.

  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

This is a permanent part-time vacancy requiring 20-25 hours per week. Shifts may include morning, day, and afternoon periods.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients.

  • Possess a valid NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
