Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will provide high-quality support services, assisting clients in their daily living activities, promoting community integration, and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans, advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent. Previous experience working with people with disabilities is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

A level of fitness for manual handling is required, and you must be able to work flexible hours, including sleepovers, active nights, and weekends. A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification are also necessary.
