About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Program Manager - Supply Chain team at Amazon Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and expertise in supply chain management, logistics, forecasting, and operations.

Job Description
  • Supply Chain Operations: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's supply chain processes, from procurement to logistics and fulfillment. Support daily operations to ensure products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with teams to forecast product demand, ensuring inventory levels meet customer needs without overstocking. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to predict future demand.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to monitor and improve supply chain performance, identifying trends and inefficiencies. Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to key supply chain projects that drive innovation and improve operational performance. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to implement new solutions and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: With an ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Teamwork and organizational skills are also essential.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different roles and challenges during the program.
Salary Estimate:

Around $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
