- Work closely with delivery teams to plan and deliver changes, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Mentor and train team members, contributing to the growth and development of our business analyst community.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
- Minimum 5 years of technical business analysis experience in a project/delivery-oriented role, from a large organization.
- Recent experience with Guidewire Claimcenter.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and waterfall methodologies, including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and ceremonies facilitation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing skills, with experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to make a difference.
