Hotel Operations Manager

The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of hotels and facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of hotel services including food, function, bar, and gaming areas.
  • Supervision of hotel staff, focusing on training, development, and performance improvement.
  • Implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
  • Monitoring employee performance, conducting regular evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Auditing inventory levels and ordering supplies in advance of need.
  • Cash/banking reconciliation and financial management.
  • Venue opening/closing procedures and weekly performance reporting.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the hotel manager and operations team.
