Hotel General Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic leader to join our team as a Hotel General Manager. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully manage all aspects of the pre-opening phase of the hotel.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to increase team engagement and drive progress toward performance and development objectives.
  • Lead the team in maintaining compliance with brand and service standards.
  • Work closely with Human Resources and Department Heads to cultivate a talented team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to build the Sales & Marketing plan.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in building yearly budgets, P&L analysis, and develop strategies to continually achieve EBITDA.
  • Drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment.
  • Strategically position the precinct as the premier entertainment destination on the Central Coast.
  • Maintain and exceed market share in all key service and financial metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
  • Five to ten years' prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and/or Hotel Operations.
  • Fluent English language skills.
