Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Hotel Operations Leader to assume a pivotal role in our operations at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for leading and developing the Front Office, Housekeeping & Engineering teams, encompassing all aspects of day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and operational managers to provide guidance and support on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators by implementing efficient processes, driving team engagement, personalising guest experience, and fostering loyalty.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A seasoned Hotelier with extensive experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a profound understanding of operational dynamics.
  • Ability to build and lead a cohesive team that operates with trust and camaraderie.
