Senior Associate, New Verticals Partnerships Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our New Verticals Partnerships team at DoorDash Technologies Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and executing our strategy for mid-market partnerships in the grocery, liquor, and convenience verticals.
As a Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for developing growth plans and leading the daily execution for a portfolio of brands. You'll engage with retailers, corporate offices, franchisees, and individual owner-operator locations to grow sales and improve operations and quality.
You'll work closely with our sales representatives to accelerate signing and onboarding new retailers and stores, and develop and execute a growth strategy across the mid-market segment. You'll also oversee partner-specific needs, such as POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements.
We're looking for a talented individual with strong project management skills, a passion for working directly with clients, and the ability to turn broad challenges into actionable projects with clear goals. If you're a strategic thinker with a customer-obsessed mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Engage with retailers to grow sales and improve operations and quality
- Work cross-functionally with sales representatives to accelerate signing and onboarding new retailers and stores
