About this role

We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through virtual consultations.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner, Medicare Provider Number eligibility, proficiency with digital patient management software, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual consultations for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
  • Provide prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
  • Review structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
  • Carry out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care

You'll have access to our cloud-based practice management system, with real-time support from our medical team. You can work from anywhere, setting your own hours or balance work with life.

Requirements:
