We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate telehealth clinician to join our team of experienced healthcare professionals. As a telehealth clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care remotely, utilizing our cutting-edge telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient consultations via video conferencing or phone calls
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and examinations, using structured patient intake forms and automated patient history tracking
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and circumstances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing our secure and HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
  • Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), the Australian College of Remote & Rural Medicine (ACRRM), or an equivalent specialist qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic health records, practice management software, and telehealth platforms
  • Digital fluency and comfort working in a cloud-based environment
