Telehealth Primary Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations.
- Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans.
- Reviewing patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency.
- Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care.
- Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care.
