About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of cloud computing, sales, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth, accelerate customer adoption, and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead account management on a large strategic customer, paired with a second account manager
- Drive revenue and wallet share
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies
- Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption by engaging CxO, Board of Directors, and other senior customer stakeholders
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
