Job Title: AWS Enterprise Sales Manager

Amazon is seeking an experienced AWS Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts, as well as enterprise-level customers.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of cloud computing, sales, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth, accelerate customer adoption, and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead account management on a large strategic customer, paired with a second account manager
  • Drive revenue and wallet share
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies
  • Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption by engaging CxO, Board of Directors, and other senior customer stakeholders
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
