About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Service Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and consolidating commercial relationships with large global organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs, desired outcomes, and key results.
  • Guide customers along the journey of cloud adoption, core system modernization, and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets.
  • Provide customers with a great experience when engaging with AWS Pro Serve, throughout the sales cycle to the delivery of high-quality engagements.
  • Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes through AWS cloud.
  • Prepare and present commercial and/or strategic proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
  • Manage commercial agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability of revenue targets for AWS customers.
  • Work with relevant product specialists and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on AWS Cloud.
