About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our Catering Department as a Food Services Assistant. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality food and beverage services to patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute and collect patient meals, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient data, including nutritional status and bed allocation.
  • Contribute to a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to various wards, promoting excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Current Food Handlers Certificate (HLTFSE001)
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Previous food service industry experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating roster across 7 days
