About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to residents, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, working closely with our culinary team to create exciting and nutritious meals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to our strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment, preferably in aged care.
  • Basic Food Handling Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
