Research Scholarships in Applied Philosophy

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for two three-year postgraduate research scholarships. These scholarships will provide successful applicants with the opportunity to pursue a higher degree by research at Charles Sturt University (CSU).

The successful candidates will be engaged in research that focuses on applied philosophy, including areas such as political violence, biotechnology, information technology, nanotechnology, criminal justice ethics, business and professional ethics, environmental ethics, and global justice.

Applicants should possess a relevant undergraduate degree or have equivalent research experience. A strong academic record, particularly in the field of philosophy, is essential.

The scholarships offer a valuable opportunity for individuals to develop their research skills and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of applied philosophy.

To be eligible, applicants must submit an application for admission to CSU's postgraduate program. They should also attach a sample of their written work and use the Postgraduate Research Scholarships application form available on the CSU website.

Selection will be based on academic merit and the quality of the research proposal. The successful candidates will be required to enroll at the end of the February intake.
