Senior Manager, QA and Automation

This role involves developing and implementing a Quality Assurance strategy that ensures the highest standards of quality in software testing and automation. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of QA professionals to design, develop, and execute testing plans for projects and programs of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining a Quality Assurance strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Leading a team of QA professionals to design, develop, and execute testing plans
  • Establishing and managing testing environments, testing data, and test scripts
  • Continuously improving testing approaches, including testing automation
  • Defining and establishing testing metrics and quality standards
  • Preparing and publishing metrics-based dashboards and reporting on Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including management peers, executive leaders, project and program sponsors, and governance functions
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and automation frameworks
  • Experience leading QA teams, managing resources effectively, and developing a high-performing collaborative environment
  • Deep understanding of the health tech product domain, including relevant compliance, regulations, and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-informed decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
