Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape our quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape as a Senior Quality Assurance Strategist.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business goals and technological innovations.
  • Create and deploy testing frameworks that combine manual and automated testing for improved speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary QA liaison among management, technology teams, and external partners to establish quality standards and practices.
  • Design and manage quality metrics and reporting systems to monitor software development performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.
  • Regularly assess and optimize testing processes to adapt to changing project needs and market conditions.
  • Identify potential quality risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to prevent service disruptions.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in leadership within financial services or wealth management technology.
  • Proven leadership as a QA/Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium and experience with CI/CD environments.
  • Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to foster innovation in QA.
