- Hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Counselling, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Be registered/membership with relevant professional bodies.
- Bring experience in clinical counselling or mental health counselling.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to motivate and genuinely engage with people.
- Apply a solution-focused therapeutic approach linked to vocational goals.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Will be willing to obtain the required certifications.
- Enjoy diverse client presentations.

- Receive internal supervision, mentoring, and professional development from Senior Clinicians.
