About the Role
">Our studio is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-energy workouts and exceptional customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">Create engaging and motivating fitness classes that cater to diverse needs and preferences
Develop strong relationships with members and provide personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals
Work collaboratively with other coaches to design and deliver innovative training programs
Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
Contribute to the growth and development of our studio by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions
Requirements
">Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training (minimum)
Experience in group training environments, preferably with a proven track record of success
Ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues alike
Highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
