Financial Operations Manager

Job Overview:

This position involves overseeing the implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring effective management of the organisation's finances, and collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes from scratch;
  • Manage the organisation's financial planning and budgeting activities;
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards;
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to leaders;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • Strong proficiency in financial management and budgeting processes;
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
