About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Leader to join our team as Unit People & Culture Manager in the Distribution Centre at Marsden Park.

Job Overview

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a strong business acumen and an ability to lead and create an engaging co-worker experience. As a key member of the Unit Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the Co-worker Relations plan across the total Distribution Centre and ensuring labour relations principles are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Co-worker Relations plan and ensure labour relations principles are followed on a unit level.
  • Secure the Global and Country People Strategy and execute operationally through the unit business plan.
  • Establish a high standard of excellence within the Distribution Centre by cooperating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and develop a robust relationship with the Market Manager by playing an advisory role.
  • Business partner with Unit Management team to support workforce planning, talent management, organisation development, and executing all people activities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
