Tyre Retail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tyre Retail Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service on customer vehicles in a safe and supported workshop setting.

  • You will remove existing tyres and fit replacements on consumer and 4WD vehicles.
  • Diagnose and assess tyre wear and damage, selecting the correct tubes, rims, and accessories.
  • Diagnose wheel balance problems and balance wheels.
  • Communicate safety and service requirements to customers.
  • Coordinate associates in the workshop to meet customer needs.
