Job Title: Tyre Sales Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tyre Sales Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong interest in the tyre industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for locating and preparing member vehicles for service, removing and replacing tyres, ensuring proper inflation and balance. They will also conduct pre- and post-service checks to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

In addition, they will maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and assist with sales, stocking, and merchandising of tyres in accordance with the Tyre Shop Manager's plan.

The ideal candidate will possess a Cert II in Tyre Fitting (preferred) and an open driver's license. They must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and prepare member vehicles for service.
  • Remove and replace tyres, ensuring proper inflation and balance.
  • Conduct pre- and post-service checks to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with sales, stocking, and merchandising of tyres in accordance with the Tyre Shop Manager's plan.
  • Participate in monthly stocktake and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert II in Tyre Fitting (preferred)
  • Open driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
