Exceptional Customer Service Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused team member to provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions
  • Maintaining high standards of stock merchandising and presentation
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
