We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering exceptional service provision and ensuring seamless awareness of our full capability to foster long-term client partnerships.
About the RoleThis role combines elements of home, office, and client-based work. The Client Manager will oversee a team of professionals who provide comprehensive risk solutions to businesses across various sectors in the UK, working closely with clients to understand their business issues and needs, and effectively communicating these to the service team and other stakeholders within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the service provided to clients by our Corporate Team, ensuring the highest level of service to each assigned client.
- Identify and introduce our products and services tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers at the client.
- Strategically grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in client relationship management and commercial risks.
- ACII or equivalent qualification.
- Thorough technical insurance knowledge and commercial understanding of business operations.
- Prior experience in sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing.
- An effective communicator and presenter, possessing a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service.
