
Customer Service/ Telesales Professional

We are seeking an adaptable team player to fill a customer service and telesales role at our foodservice branch located in Townsville.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via the phone, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues and provide information as requested
- Efficiently manage counter sales, prioritizing excellent customer service
- Streamline the processing of sales enquiries, customer orders, and quotes
- Provide administrative support with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food system
- Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Superior customer service abilities, enabling the development and maintenance of successful working relationships
- Action customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
