Role Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services
  • Social Support/Transportation: Accompany customers on social activities, shopping trips, and medical appointments
  • Supporting Customers with Complex Needs: Collaborate with customers to develop personalized care plans and provide ongoing support
  • Monitoring Customer Well-being and Reporting Progress: Regularly assess customer needs and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
  • Participating in Staff Meetings and Attending Training as Required: Engage in regular team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
