Job Opportunity

This is a long-term contracts administration position within a mid-tier head contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing scopes of work for building and construction projects
  • Negotiating and managing sub-contracts to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Providing input on monthly cost reports to support business decisions
  • Handling variations to contracts in a timely and efficient manner
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an experienced contracts administrator with proven skills in similar roles within the building and construction industry. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with software such as Jobpac, Cheops, Procore are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
