About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 FinOps SME to join our client's growing team. This is a permanent role based onsite in the South of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and end-users in using D365, Power Platform solutions.
  • Training and Development: Ongoing training and development of key system users across the business.
  • Problem Analysis: Provide quality problem analysis to triage, diagnose, and resolve system issues and/or refer problems to the appropriate specialist areas.
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents and requests, enhancements and customisations relating to D365, Power Platform and Power BI.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors and execute implementation of Dynamics solutions plus support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 suite, strong knowledge in EDI process, advanced warehouse operation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of underlying Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power platform, Power BI, LCS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. Skilled in organisational change management to facilitate smooth transitions. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a relevant discipline.
