About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Contracts Analyst to join our ProCare Servicing Division at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd.

This role is ideal for recent graduates with analytical skills who want to build a career in a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ANZ & East Asia contract billing and quoting
  • Own and drive the process of service contract renewals and warranty expirations for Stryker customers
  • Support inbound lead nurturing, quoting, and contract billing to drive sales growth
  • Generate and communicate new leads to designated sales representatives
  • Work cohesively with sales teams to educate them on service contract pricing and strategies
  • Partner with marketing and sales to optimize service revenues in line with product obsolescence and PLCM
  • Attend customer meetings to provide expert understanding of products and services
  • Research and analyze data to provide business insights and recommendations
  • Assist with the establishment of performance indicators and maintain metric data
  • Support contracts review frameworks and regular business reviews
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in information systems, finance, accounting, logistics, or engineering
  • Over 1 year of experience in contracts management or business analytics
  • Commercial acumen, presentation skills, and a focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels
  • Business process improvement capability and ability to contribute to systematic improvements
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Professional experience working with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds
