- Conduct thorough research to develop and refine underwriting guidelines and best practices.
- Implement risk management strategies with integrity, ensuring sustainable and profitable underwriting.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
- Extensive experience in life and disability insurance underwriting.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
