About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team at Campos Coffee. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including IT troubleshooting and data entry.
  • Be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle customer service enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate and replenish reception retail, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist with coordinating HR initiatives, internal and external events, meetings, and catering.
Requirements
  • A bright and welcoming manner, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks with ease.
