Operational Specialist

As a Materials Handler in our production team, you'll play a pivotal role in staging, decanting, and passing raw materials to the batching team, ensuring smooth operations.
This position requires hands-on experience in a warehouse or production environment, with a keen eye for detail. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be driven to contribute to the team's success.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety regulations, conducting quality checks and testing to ensure high standards, packing goods with care, and preparing them for timely shipment.
You'll also unload delivery trucks, unpack packages, and store goods accurately. A background in cold processing (0°C - 4°C) and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.) are highly valued.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and testing to maintain high standards.
- Pack goods carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
